The name of the island surrounded by legends, on which Alexander Selkirk was stranded, and which became world-famous in the novel “Robinson Crusoe”, is representative of the countless archipelagos of this country of which the Easter Islands (Rapa Nui) and Chiloe, the homes of numerous mythologies, stand out.
