Calbuco is one the many lakes of southern Chile in a region which can still offer a lot of unspoiled nature. The photos, as all the others at our home, were taken by our son Bastian, a passionate biologist. He accompanies tourists through the south of our country as a tourist guide.
Services and offers
- Breakfast in the dining room or on the terrace consists of:
- Homemade wholemeal bread with freshly ground wheat
- Traditional chilean white bread
- 2 different homemade jams, sometimes made from our own fruit
- Italian coffee, instant coffee, tea, herbal tea, cold and/or warm milk
- Freshly pressed orange juice or juice from other seasonal fruit
- Butter, chilean compote, cheese, fresh cheese, cold cuts, cake or cookies
- Eggs, yogurt or cereals optional
- Sometimes cookies and homemade cakes
- Even if learners prefer Spanish as the official language of our home, we can further help you in French, English and Italian as well.
- Public parking spaces directly at the house, always free since the street is not a through street
- Possibility to prepare small meals or snacks in our kitchen at fixed time.

- Tips for excursions on your own or guided tours in the city and environs
- Busline 702 stops directly next to the house, drives past the bus station to the city center. Buslines 701/703 stop 100m from the house with the same route; Busline 704 goes to Viña del Mar and to the beaches
