Course description
Spanish class
Ernesto (SVEB {=Swiss Association for Further Education} Certificate/Eurolta as Adult Education Educator for Languages), with over 15 years’ experience as a teacher in the Migros Club School Switzerland.

- You cook a typical Chilean meal together with Sandra once a week
Cooking courses
Together we choose the sequence of dishes, we buy and prepare at the B&B and then we sit down at the table to enjoy the result, accompanied by a good chilean wine
- Preparation of a tipical chilean drink, appetizers, a starter, a main course and a dessert
- We make togehther the selection of the dishes out of several alternatives and according to the season
- We shop together, according to availability.
- We eat in family, accompanied by one of the excellent chilean wines
- Documentation provided on all dishes, with a list of ingredients and preparation..
